The Last Part of the Ta’iyah

O breezes of God's grace! O His tender mercies! O pull of the Truth — favour me with a visit

O gazes of God, O His glances! O gentle breezes of kindness — sweep over me

O help of the Most Merciful, hasten to us and unravel every knot of difficulty

O mercy of the Merciful Lord, turn towards us and revive with the soul of grace every withered thing

O doors of acceptance, open wide for the intentions of our hearts are set on You

O clouds of divine generosity, rain upon us for our needy hands are stretched out to You

For the sake of our guide, the reviver of our hearts who led us to the straight path

who called us to the Truth in the best way through a true revelation sent down to him by the Most Merciful

We answered, fully accepting his command we heard and obeyed, with guidance and clear insight

O Lord, keep us steadfast in truth and guidance and O Lord, let us die upon the best religion (Islām)

And have mercy on our ancestors and descendants on our families, our companions, and all our kin

and on all Muslims who affirm Your oneness, without doubt

And bestow eternal grace and blessings on the best Messenger to the best nation

Muḥammad, whom You singled out for Your immense favor, Your Book, and wisdom
