Our Lord, forgive us our sins and every excess we have committed. Keep us steadfast and grant us victory over those who reject the truth. 10 times Then read the following poem: Then read:

You are my strength, You are all I have, You are the one who rescues me from hardship. I turn to none but You come quickly to my aid, O Mighty One! Make every means work in our favour, clear every obstacle from our path, and fling wide every closed door with Your help, O Generous One! Foil the plots of every plotter, every rebellious tyrant, every envious adversary— by the sacred secret of Ṭā Sīn Mīm. 3 times

O You who are gentle with Your creation, who know them completely, who miss nothing of their condition — be gentle with us, O Most Gentle, O All-Knowing, O All-Aware… O Allah, O Allah, O Allah, O Allah, O Allah, O Allah, O Allah.

O You whose gentleness has never had a beginning, be gentle with us in whatever has befallen us, for You have never ceased to be gentle — be gentle with us and with every Muslim.

O Most Merciful of all who show mercy, bring the Muslims relief.

O Most Gentle! 129 times

O Gentle One, deal gently with us and make every difficulty easy, for turning what is hard into what is easy is nothing for You. We ask You for Your gentle care and for well-being in our faith, in this life, and in the life to come. 4 times

Qasida

O our Lord, O our Lord O our Lord, You are our refuge, rescuer, and support

Hasten to lift what has befallen us You are the Most Merciful and will always remain so Who is there besides You—Mighty and Majestic— and most kind to all the worlds?

My Lord, protect us from the evil of our enemies Seize them and scatter them Make them a ransom for us and a lesson for those who look on

O Lord, disperse them O Lord, divide them O Lord, minimize their number and make them among those long gone

Do not let them reach their aim let their fire turn to ash By (the letters) Kāf Hā Yā ʿAyn Ṣād let them turn back at once, defeated

And (protect us) from the evil of every schemer traitors, and deceivers from the evil eye and from sorcery and from the evil of all who cause harm

From every aggressor and usurper from every slanderer and liar from the immoral and the faultfinding from the envious, the malicious, and those who rejoice in our misfortunes

O Possessor of magnificence and sublimity You are the Giver, the Rich You answer those who ask

Make our affairs easy open our hearts cover our defects for You are ever worthy of concealing faults

Forgive our sins and every sin we carry Bless us with repentance You love those who repent

By the honour of our master, the Messenger and of Ḥasan and Ḥusayn, and al-Batūl and of al-Murtaḍā, the father of heroes and by the honour of Jibrīl the Trustworthy

And shower Your blessings and peace on the Prophet the best of humankind and upon his noble family his companions and those who follow them

Glory be to your Lord; the Lord of Honour and Power Who is far above what they attribute to Him; And peace be on the Messengers; And praise be to Allāh, the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds. [Sūrah Al-Ṣāffāt (37), Verses 180-182]
